gluten free food

Thanks to all who have helped me with this diet. I now have problems with breakfast cereals, my husband does the shopping (I am
wheelchair bound and he prefers to go by himself). He has bought me cornflakes and rice crispies, but on reading the ingredie nts find they have barley gluten. I just do not know what to put on the shopping list!
