Goose eggs

Sometime ago I watched a documentary about food.

The goose eggs were allowed to form into unborn chicks, before being pickled/treated and I believe they are a delicacy.

Does anybody know where they do this or where I can get further information?

Thanks in advance

Probably somewhere like China or Japan, dogs are often on the menu so why not un-born chicks.
Called Baalut in the Phillippines, they're considered a real delicacy... I've seen them sold on the streets of Manila but never had the intestinal fortitude to try one...
jack daniels, I've just looked at those pictures, Criky! how can poeple eat that. It's bad enough knowing that Veal is from baby bulls, Pousin are young chickens but un-born chicks - doesn't seem right!!!!!
