Raw egg and milk drink
A friend of mine drinks a blended mix of raw egg, milk, bannana and honey every morning.
He states that he gives him extra energy and that he feels really good for it.
I have tried it and it tastes good and is as filling as a cooked breakfast!
So what are the 'down sides' of something like this? Is it fattening or bad for the heart etc?
Or could it be that I have come across a healthy alternative breakfast?

Raw eggs can have salmonella - slim chance, but it's your funeral.
Eating a lot of eggs can raise your cholesterol and clog arteries, some say, but I spoze raw is no worse than cooked in butter and bacon greasse for all that.
Don't feed honey to infants (under 1 year) - they don't have the antibodies yet for the weird allergens (or something, I forget, I just do what I'm told).
It is ok for you to have this two to three times a week but more than three eggs a week can raise blood cholesterol like many have already said. Try not not drink too much whole milk as an average 250ml glass can contain 10g of fat and this is the unhealthy kind. men should have no more than 95g total fat/day women I think its 70g/day
