I have 2 Ducks in my freezer. Going to cook for 6 people. I'd be glad of ideas please. I've only ever cooked duck breasts (about twice) so am open to suggestions. TIA

Duck often has quite a small amount of meat on it for its size.

I tend to roast mine, then pick the meat from the bones and stirfry them with pineapple or cashew nuts or in Hoi sin sauce. That should make it go further, or you could incorporate it into a pie with chicken and pork, similar to a game pie or make a duck terrine.
