homemade thousand island dressing

Does anyone have a simple recipe for thousand island dressing?

* 1 cup mayonnaise
* 1 cup ketchup
* 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
* 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 1/4 cup (or less)milk, do not add if you like it thick (optional)
* 1 very finely chopped boiled egg (we like/this is optional!)
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients until creamy and refrigerate until chilled.
2. Delicious on many things..seafood, all types of salad...
3. even sandwiches and burgers!
