So, a dilemma today- for lunch I had a chicken sandwich and a pickled egg............... which one DO you eat first?

The sandwich. Pickled eggs are a luxury. They should be eaten with gross amounts of garlic salt and white pepper.

I whisk raw eggs with skimmed milk when I go to the gym.

It has carbs for energy, protein for recovery, and ... it makes your hair glossy.
