slim fast
1 Answers
i bumped into a friend of mine today that ive not seen since may and she was looking fab, she had lost a conciderable amount of weight and i would say she had dropped 2 dress sizes at least.
I asked her what her secret was and she told me shes been on the slim fast diet for 5 weeks and shes lost 2 1/2 stone on it. I didnt even think it would be possible to lose this much in such short time, but ive got to say im quite impressed, so much so that i may even go on it myself as ive got a holiday comming up in sept. Has this worked for anyone else?

Seriously, I used it years ago, and as a way of dieting it leves a lot to be desired. Maybe one or two as part of a diet, but all the time will drive you nuts.
I am currently on a sort of diet at the moment. I've cut out sweets, chocy and beer. I eat fruit for breakfast, I eat at regular times, and I eat things low in fat (no ready meals, low fat spread). For snacks I eat peanuts fromthe shell, and maybe ryvita. Salads are boring, but just vary what you have with them - chicken, ham, tuna, prawns etc.
Anyway, I'm losing it - had to punch an extra hole in my belt monday, and gotta do it again at the weekend.
My only problem is I'm losing it too much on the waist, and slowly on the tum.
Oh, and I do walk a lot because of my job, which must help.
