does anyone have a recipe for chinese sponge cake. Ive looked on the internet and all the recipes are US and the ingredients are mearured in cups

cazzaz, it's really not a problem using cup measurements. just use an average size cup or smallish mug. you don't need to have a particular cup measure, just make sure you use the same cup throughout the recipe. it'll turn out fine, honestly.

my dad makes it and all i remember is using the normal ingrediants but instead puttin it in the oven, you steam it instead.
