Do berry seeds have much nutrition?

For example if you have a seedless raspberry sauce or jam, will it be less nutritious than if you leave the seeds in?

I would think that there is no more nutrition if the seeds are left in.I base this on the fact that (all my life) when eating jam/preserves with seeds in,they pass right through me unchanged,so I don't think there is any nutrition in the seeds!
