Is 'de Cuisine' food for thought.?

More than a fortnight ago, I ordered a Pasta Making Machine from the firm of 'de Cuisine' and have not heard a word since.

I did download a copy of my order and, whilst the firm's site is well programmed, it is impossibloe to establish a telephone contact because the line is always 'busy' and no response is forthcoming to my e/mails. Furtheremore, whilst an order tracking facility exists, the on-line reply I receive is always "Your order has been processed and is waiting to be picked by our warehouse staff".

Perhaps I may have been 'ripped-off' and would therefore be interested to hear from any ABers cookery companions who have had dealing with the company concerned; or know if its address is genuine.(Poole, Dorset)

Hi

I can find them on 192.com and most i can find out is that the compnay are dealers for ICTC, perhaps you can ring them and try to get another contact number out of them for the finance office or something

good luck

There was an article in our local paper about this firm (I live in the Poole area) and it is a genuine company but apparently they have been unexpectedly overwhelmed on a massive scale with orders. It would seem Trading standards got involved but nothing came of it - you'll probably get your item at some point - just not as quick as you would have liked!

Thanks both. I now feel happier with the position.
