seeking a partner

I have tried all kinds of advertising to locate a partner who has the skills to build and maintain a website in a new and potentially profitable enterprise. I'm not looking for any money, just technical input.
All that I seem to get is a continual stream of loonies! Has anyone got any bright ideas about the best way to advertise in this kind of situation?

normally people advertising for a partner want companionship, gsoh, or a big rack -

you say you're not looking for any money - but are you paying any?

web design is quite a lucrative business - and in your case an ongoing commitment which means you'll be paying a monthly fee - anyone worth having is going to want paying

A decent web designer gets paid very highly. Why would one want to work entirely on spec, with the promise of possible remuneration in the future, when they can work for guaranteed money - usually with a proportion up front?
