Sainsbury's Salmon Advert Music

Please help, a piece of music has showed up again in a recent Christmas ad for Sainsbury's. It is all about fish (salmon I think).

This has been used on various ads for yars. I think it was on a car one about 5 years ago.

It sounds like its played on a xylophone.

Any help with a title would be much appreciated!.

Is it "you shall have a fishy/on a little dishy" I think it is - it's an old folk song.  let me know if it is & I'll found out more about it.

 The band at the ceilidh towards the end of the ad are playing 'Good King Wenceslas'.

Hi, unfortunatly its the tune from the first half of the advert that I'm after, thanks for the responses though, I suspect this may just be untitled stock music.

Is it the xylophone music you mean?.

I think it is 'Musica Poetica' by Carl Orff from Schulewerk.

It has appeared on a couple of adverts in the past, but also on the film 'Badlands' with Martin Sheen and Sissy Spaceck.

It's been bugging me too. However it turns out to be:

Carl Orff - Vier Stucke fur Xylophon (Keetman) - Gassenhauer nach Hans Neusiedler (1536) - Music fur Kinder III, Nr. 15 (1952)

There's a version by Hans Zimmer (He of Gladiator music fame) which is in the same style. I found the relevant information here:
