Well the easiest way would be to work the points out for each ingredient and total them up on your portion size but without seeing the portion size I couldn't even say but I would guess at at least 5 points....
If you can't work the points out then you shouldn't really be eating it but I can talk! lol
Thank you for answering, I'll try that tip of pointing each item & working out the total. I hope I haven't enjoyed too many points. I did really well last week I lost 5lbs my best ever.
