Sweet Potato Slimming world recipe

I have some sweet potatoes and i am on the slimming world eating plan, can anyone give me a recipe as i have no idea what to do with them!! Thanks so much.

I like to just mash them up and grind a bit of pepper in them.

thanks for your answers - that site looks good mccfluff thanks for the link! i hadnt thought of just using them as normal potatoes Lak, I shall try something tonight - hope i like them!

They can be cut up and put into a casserole dish, mashed with ordinary potatoes (lovely on a fish pie), or even just microwaved and served with smoked haddock these two flavours go well together.
