I have had a really good year growing chillies, CAN I FREEZE THEM?

I\'ve frozen mine before in the past and they still work fine. I also made some into pastes for curries and stuff and froze the pastes.

Pigletion Thanks, Will give it a try, had a right bumper year, nothing last year!! I know the frozen chillie butters do well.
Yes you can....chillies freeze well.
You can also dry them and they last well. don't forget to keep some seeds for next year.
Later, you can slice or chop them most easily when they're still frozen. If you let them defrost, they can be a bit sqidgy, though this won't affect the flavour.
