Do the little UHT milk portions contain lactose?

Because lactose ('milk sugar') is inherent in milk.

UHT merely means unpasteurised, fresh milk is heated to an Ultra High Temperature in order to kill bacteria and increase its preservation properties. I understand that this changes the properties of some of the milk fats (hence the different taste) but the process certainly does not remove anything.
