I have recently bought a slow cooker and its fantastic. Does anyone know if I could successfully cook a risotto in it?
prev im doing a cold buffet this week and one person cannot have any dairy products, any suggestions please. thanks

LucyThomas7, the reason I want to slow cook it is so that it can cook while I'm at work as I work ridiculously unsociable hours.
