She made this on the Market Garden programme, using creme fraiche,single cream, Gouda and Parmesan cheese and tomatoes on top of the fish. I cannot find the recipe and was wondering if she used uncooked fish in the base before adding the other ingredients. She served it with lemon mash (served separately) and garden peas.
I have everything on hand to make it today so would be grateful if someone would let me know today please.

Thanks for you quick response Panic Button but I can't seem to be able to find it. I've googled the recipe without success as well.
