What to cook with Salmon fillets

Got some salmon fillets and would like to make something with them tonight. Any ideas for tea? Thanks

Heat a frying pan really hot - until, when you flick some water into it, the water forms tiny balls that skid around all over. Taking care, wipe the inside of the pan with a kitchen paper towel with some cooking oil on it. Place the fillets in the pan. They'll stick, so make sure you've got them placed right first time. Continue cooking until the fillets come free when you shake the pan. Don't try and move them otherwise, or they'll break. Once they're free to move, turn them, and after a few seconds, reduce the heat. Again, cook until shaking the pan frees them.
Crispy salmon fillets. Serve with potato and veg done any way you like. Nice.

Coat with Pesto or Sweet ChiliSauce and grill, or one of each and split them. New pots and veg.....
