Tesco

I have just got back from Tesco. While in there the assistant was loading up the milk counter with wait for it Co-op milk. When she finished a customer pointed out that it was Co-op and not Tesco milk she was furious and had to remove it all. All she could say was wrong delivery. Very funny but she didn't think so.

Probably why she was annoyed, I would be too if some sod waitil until i'd filled it before pointing this out!

if she'd checked the dates she'd have known. Everything tesco sells is on its last date lol

A first for Tesco's deliveries today. Turned up on time but he only had my chilled goods.......all the fresh food, cigarettes, and gin, were on a different van by mistake. I gave him what my gran would call an 'old-fashioned' look and he went back to the store and got my order made up again :-)

have Tesco done their normal trick this year of selling Christmas food that goes out of date before Christmas?

Tesco and Co-op milk are both delivered by the same supplier, so probably the same milk from the same cows, with a different label. The c0ck-up would have been by either the driver or the storesperson who checks deliveries or both.

All the milk in Somerfield has Co-op labels on too!

And pips1, somerfield has been taken over by Co-op, so all somerfield shops will eventually have Co-op labels.

That's because Co-op have taken over Somerfield as a company but not everything has been changed over.
