What is the best way to roast duck and making sure that you get it nice and crispy? i have never cooked duck before so i dont have a clue! i dont want it flavoured with anything, just simply want it roasted!

How stupid. I had duck yesterday but I do find that unlike most other meats duck is no so good cold the day after cooking.

yes i have cooked the duck....turned out really good....not much crispy skin but it was still nice! i had homemade roast pots and turnip/carrot mash!! back at weight watchers tomorrow so it was sort of like the last supper!!
