I made it last year and it went down very well goodalls do a jar of all the spices you need which is very handy, then you just add the spice to your red wine (not an expensive one as its a waste) some brandy and sugar. I just kept tasing it as I went along.I dont know how long it keeps as it didnt last very long in my house!

Two of you can clear a bottle quite easily or you could even just buy a half bottle of wine if you really only wanted a tiny bit
