2 days cherry, they weren't even past the sell by date, I've sent a letter to tesco hope to resolve the issue....
I like complaining!
I recently told HSBC that their website was full of errors and that I am extremely unhappy about the level of service provided.

I received a letter from them today saying they are deeply sorry and are going to set a gift to my house as an offering :)

sorry didn't want to spoil that guy's thread ,ive never took anything back to tesco ,but i thought they would have exchanged them, even without a receipt they know it's there product ,saying that the shop i used to work in the manager wouldn't exchange anything even with a receipt or with one for that matter (she was a right b***) hence i don't work there anymore haha
The funny thing is I go to Tesco nearly every single day and know every member of staff! So it's not like I'm going to lie to them is it :/
To make it even better, they could just scan my club card and see that I purchased that item 2 days before, it's stupid :)
Question Author
that's good is there actually anything wrong with their website ?

what are they going to gift you...........a bankbook lol
Yeah there was something wrong with the site; a few of the links. I'd would of thought they will send me gift vouchers lol.
Question Author
Yes but some people are not too bright ,i would rather exchange them than get a letter from ts about the quality of my food x
Question Author
your replying to fast...........maybe you never know could be tesco ones and you can go and get some more cheese scones ;) i'll have some too thanks x
Well I was gifted with the ability to put my point across without incriminating myself. :)
It's well worth it though because an email only takes 5 minutes to write and in the end £20 (I hope :d) is well worth the effort :) x
Sorry I will slow down ;) lol. Once I start typing I get too carried away with myself hehe. Thats the problem with sleeping in the day and working through the night; I tend to be wide awake and touch typing like a mad man!
Question Author
yes it will be ...just need to wait and see if you ever get anything though x
Question Author

Email sent to HSBC:

Dear Sir/Madam

I have received a page load error when trying to load the following page - https://www.hsbc.co.u...edit_scoring_cras.pdf

I don't know what upset me more, the fact I'm not eligible to apply for a credit card (which you actually make money from due to interest) or the fact I'm unable to find out why I'm not eligible for a credit card.

I wasn't aware that a 0 credit score was considered as being 'bad' or would mean I was unable to possess a credit card from the HSBC. I have maintained a bank account with the HSBC for many years and have, since March 2009, had a constant flow of money running through my account; yet I have even been declined an overdraft of £50 which, is a small amount.

I have never had any problems with HSBC although I disagree with the documentation requirements for withdrawing funds over the counter; a paying in book just to withdraw 20p is a little bit far fetched if you ask me - bank card and drivers licence is not surfice? - guess not.

I look forward to your response (to all statements above) as I feel somewhat left in the dark.

I will let you know what happens with the HSBC as well, I was worrying that I might of said too much to them - they did try ringing me.
night night sleep well :) xx
Question Author
lol i think i need to try that with my bank ,that was funny ,quite sad i havent laughed this much in about 2 days !!!!!!!!!

Cherry x
Well I tend look for problems with services that I have an issue with :)
It doesn't take me long to find something to complain about.

Anyway good night :) I'm going to bed now too,

Diz x
