These are currently on sale at half price. Only £20! Has anyone bought these and what do they think? Are the knives sharp enough?

All knives tend to be sharp when bought. How long they'll stay that way, and how well you'll be able to re-sharpen them is another matter.

Don't know about the prestige knives. I'd wanted some Sabatier knives for a while so I treated myself when we replaced the kitchen.
They're brilliant! Bit scary to start with, thought I was going to amputate my fingers!
Like heathfield says, it depends on how well they re-sharpen, quick go with the sharpener thingy and they are good as new again
