What vegetable do you usually serve Baked Rainbow Trout with?

And Roast Chicken?

Whatever veg you want but I prefer saute potatoes and brocolli with the Trout.

With the roast chicken I would go for roast and creamed potatoes and brocolli again.

Or do you mean the garnishes for both dishes?

Archbishop you were right the first time. I meant the vegetables that they are served with, not the garnishings.
