My 3 year old daughter has over the past 2 days had some small, raised white marks on her face. They disappear within 30 mins of applying Sudocrem. She's not complaining about them and they don't appear itchy. She's had them on her neck, under her eye and on the top of her nose.

The only thing different that she has eaten/drank in the last couple of days has been Nesquik Chocolate milkshake. Could this be the cause or any other suggestions?

Thanks

sounds like an allergic reaction. not sure about the milkshake but it could be possible. have u used vicks rub or changed washing powder, soap etc. if u try your daughter again (with the milkshake) after the rash has gone and it flares up again then it must be one of the ingredients in the milkshake
According to the ingredients it has vitamin a palmitate in which can cause rashes.

Since we've stopped giving her the milkshake, the rash has gone too! So it must have been that - strange. Thanks for replies
