orange muffins.

ok, so im making plain muffins but how do i get a hint of orange in the flavour? put orange rind and juice in the mixture?
and then i am also doing butter icing to go on top of them, should i put orange in the icing too or not? and if so, how?!

I use orange extract.

I'd think the orange rind in both cake mixture and butter cream would be enough.
