this is really embarrasing but my stomach ALWAYS rumbles first thing in the morning! like, really loud and i can't control it. it's not because i'm hungry though, it's weird, it just groans all morning! im really worried now because most of my exams are in the morning and it'd be so embarrasing, especially in an exam like geography which is 2 hours, if it was rumbling! is there medicine or something you can take to stop this?
If you tend to have a lot of liquids for a meal, this triggers it off. So orange juice, cereal with milk then a cup of tea isn't the ideal breakfast for you. Eat some toast etc to absorb it up!!
