I 'dry' cook duck legs in the cookpot on low and the meat is really soft. Can I do this with lamb leg chops? Is there enough fat in the meat for this? If not, what is the best way of cooking them so they're lovely and tender?

This is the recipe but I cook in slow cookpot instead of oven on LOW.

poodicat they're good quality lamb 'gigot' chops. I'm frightened that frying or grilling is going to dry them out. As it's just the two of us tomorrow I might give tham a shot in the cookpot and test this myself.
