Canned Pilchards

Does anyone know of a recipe so I can turn these into fishballs? (meatballs made with fish)
Im guessing breadcrumbs,lime zest, eggs and breadcrumbs? But how much of each and will they hold their shapes?

I think you will need to mix your fish with mashed potatoes. Then roll into balls. Flour then egg then breadcrumbs.

Cheers treetops, that sounds like it could work, Im out of bread and limes so Ill have to get on that tomorrow, Ill let you know how it turned out.
