'Bloody Mary' soup
Smoked salmon pate with melba toast

Main's Tipsy Pork (Pork fillet cut into medallions flambed in Calvados cooked in a cider sauce) served with potatoes dauphinoise (thinly sliced potatoes layered with garlic cooked in cream) braised red cabbage.

Cottage Pie - Best minced steak cooked with onions in a rich beef gravy, topped with fluffy mashed potatoes served with mixed vegetables (peas, sweetcorn and carrots)

Grilled fillet steak, hand cut chips/jacket, sautee of mushrooms, beer battered onion rings, peas and tomato, garden salad - sauce of choice for steak, creamy pepper, red wine, blue cheese.

Puddings: Crepes with hot black cherries in kirsch syrup, served with silky smooth vanilla clotted cream ice cream

Lemony Raspberry cheesecake

Hot fugde Sundae - warm chocolate brownie, served with ice cream, hot fudge sauce, chopped nuts

I will take the salmon pate as I hate tomato soup.

The the tipsy pork will do me just fine followed by the crepes!
