Does this work ? Personally I think this is a ploy to get you to buy more Volvic bottled water....what a con...why drink so much water everyday? Your body will tell you when to drink water, that is what 'thirst' is for....

Water's water. If your thirsty out of the tap is good enough.

You should drink about 8 glasses of water a day, we're lucky enough to be able to drink tap water, better than bottled.
