Does anyone know if it is safe to drink red wine that's opened? It has been stored upright in a cupboard which is at room temperature and not tampered with apart from when it was first opened about a month ago. Can it cause stomach upsets, etc? Thanks. K x

I think it might be sour now. If it's not it should be safe enough.
it will probably taste like vinegar, i doubt you'd want to drink it.....

Thanks Sandy & McFluff :-)
Husband drank the remainder of a bottle of Merlot on Sunday and since then, been in bed with sickness and diarrhea. Wondering if this is coincidental or if the wine is the guilty culprit!
