I wasn't intending to eat them raw! I wouldn't give my rabbit a bendy carrot!

Why not trim about 1/8 of an inch off the tops and soak them in ice water for about 2 hours... they'll come back...

Bendy is fine, when they are cooked you won't know the difference.
