Dessert ideas

I need ideas for tonights dessert. (Dont usually have dessert but I feel like piggin out!)

I havent got much in, no cream, no chocolate, nothing like that, but Ive got cupboard essentials and then ive got some fruit - bananas, apples, oranges, pineapple.

My idea was pancakes with caramelised bananas - any other ideas greatly appreciated

Apple crumble (if you have the necessary for the crumble?) Pineapple upside-down cake (if you have cake stuff)? Both nice with custard.
