       Where can I obtain artificial cream for cake fillings.

go to your supermarket and buy long life whipping cream,,if its not sweet enough add some icing sugar to it when you whip it up,,alternatively beat some butter and icing sugar together to make butter icing add just 2 teaspoons of orange juice or water to give it the thickness you desire..

    The answer received does not relate to the question.Artificial cream is used by the baking profession and I cant find a source to obtain it.

you would have to go to a cash and carry where things like that are obtained from,,the only artificial cream you can get in the supermarket is one you mix yourself..but even if you went to a cash and carry you would still find you have to add water and mix it as it wont come ready prepared,,you can also buy frozen uht cream,,,
