When I was working at the Airport [UK], Coca Tea or mate de coca, was illegal to import, treated in the same way as cocaine. Seems you can buy it on line though :

Didn't know coca tea was illegal. Now the next question is whether I could have them delivered.

Police told me it was illegal to have in the house or anywhere else for that matter. I bought mine in La Paz at the airport so I assumed it was OK.
