I thought this section was more about HOW to do it. I've had lunch today with a potato salad made with perpetual onions, marjoram and garlic, homemade mayonnaise and cornish potatoes, fresh asparagus from our local farm etc etc - so what - it does not get the art of cooking any further forward - it's just a list of ingredients which anybody can create.
