I hadn't realised it had been previously frozen - I thought it was fresh so I put it in my freezer. Will it be safe to eat with it being re-freezed?

Best not to take a chance. It`s not as if your`e wasting a lot of money. If you eat it you will spend the next few hours wondering if your`e going to be ill.
I wouldn't advise it unless it was cooked before it was re-frozen.

Thanks for your advice. It wasn't cooked so will just bin it.

Have to say if it looked ok to me I'd not be bothered about avoiding it. Fry it up and see what it's like. Worse comes to worse, it'll help reduce your calorie absorption for that day, for a new slimline you :-)
