Sunday Lunch: Roast leg of pork, crispy crackling, golden crispy roasters, new boiled potatoes, new season carrots, cabbage, garden peas, cauliflower, sage, onion and sausage meat stuffing, and an apricot and almond one too. Apple sauce

For pud: Fresh pineapple upside down cake, apple and blackberry pie, cream , custard or ice cream

Sunday tea - Cold cuts, buttered rolls, tomatoes, or boiled eggs, light fruitcake, fresh strawberries

mercia, that's what I call a "tea", tea as when I was a child!
I cooked rast leg of welsh lamb with onoin sauce, carrots, peas and leeks, roast potatoes, new potatoes and gravy, followed by homemad pavlova with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, with lashing of cream! Tea was various sandwiches and freshly baked scones with cream and jam!............Lovely!.............
