any thoughts on how to convert mils to grams.......

it calls for 250mls of creme fraiche....the last time i bought a container is was 227 grams.....i figure that it is safe o presume that in this case, that grams and mils are NOT interchangeable.....

any help would be greatly appreciated

Put "convert grammes into Litres" into Google, several converters will come up which you can use.
1 ml = 0.42 gram (roughly depending on the density of what you'remeasuring)
250 mls= 250 x 0.42 = 105 grams
