I can interest the neighbours too, appaerently, I took the lemon spice cake out of the oven, put it (covered) by an open window to cool and two came round!!

haha greedyfly! I said I'd do some baking for a friend, and while I'd got everything out i just went a bit mad! I made her a toffee cake, some fruited scones and an apricot, cherry and almond crisp tray-bake.

I did Nosha, I said I won't be doing the catering, going to the wedding, and no, i didn't want to see the gift list - as this gravy-train has left the station!! I calculated that in presents and stuff she's had well over £20,000 off me over the last 23 years, and now the bank of auntie **** is shut!

My Grandad was a baker to trade but baked at home and it wasnt long before he got wise to the cooling at the window trick or should i say the kids got wise to him -happy days !
I'll have a raspberry and coconut bun-we for an unknown reason call them 'sair heids' in Scotland and actually go into the baker and ask for one lol
