Hello. I recently bought a jar of crayfish tails in brine but I'm not sure how to serve them. Is it with salad or chips or new potatoes or on their own or whatever? Any help is good.S.O.G

Crayfish are tasty. Never had them in brine though. I'd have them with salad, or cocktail.
I'd make a kind of prawn cocktail with them with either 1000 island dressing or mayo mixed with a squirt of tomato puree and paprika sprinkled over. Its usually lettuce mixed in but I expect you can modify it to suit your taste.

Re Crayfish.Hi All I finally got round to doing something with my tub of crayfish tails.I mixed them with finely chopped onion soy sauce and sesame oil and honey ( Ready steady cook suggestion). I gently warmed the mix and served it on a bed of iceberg lettuce. It went down well with the witch but I thought the honey made it a tad too sweet. However try it for yourselves and see how it goes.Cheers. S.O.G
