My daughter has a eating disorder and will not eat fruit and veg. she has been on a lot a laxatives a day plus other things, The doctor has sent her to the hospital about it and I went with her. she is an adult 37.
To stop taking the tablets ect, we are trying to get her to eat high fibre foods but everything you think about is food she will not eat. Other than baked beans and brown bread what is there.?

i don't know if it's still around but the 'f' plan diet recipe book would have what you're looking for, lots of high fibre recipes and a list of the fibre content of most foods.

i really did not know what help was on offer - wondered if perhaps some psychiatric help might get to the bottom of her eating issues. Was just a thought - sometimes these things only become available if you have a sympathetic doctor.
