May I be naughty please and have 2 starters:
Stilton and Blush Pear (wipes up drool from keyboard)
and the Devilled Crab - (run out of wipes now!)

Oh go on then - just a little cheese (about ½ of what is there should do) and some grapes.

I shall bypass the alcohol in this heat, if you don't mind, but just put the coffee pot next to my trough!

we have a special 'shed' open sided that catches the breeze the dogs lie down in there. if it gets very hot, I put a fan on the floor for them. The blush pears are so beautiful the perfume from them is amazing, reminds me of quinces. the crab is straight from North Devon, my brother was out in his boat last night and dad drove them up to me this morning, still alive in a bucket! they're big too!!
