what wimps you are!!hahaha!! Alka seltzer indeed - and if the people around here want to know why the mail is a little late this morning....(the postie is at my kitchen table eating a bacon and sausage sandwich, with a fried egg, and a rather large coffee!
OH had porridge with honey, strawberries & raspberries. I had lovely fresh spelt bread with home-made blood orange marmalade. All washed down with a cup of tea.
I cant eat first thing in the morning mercia, but i'm just heading out to get a few things, so i will be back to get one of your full english breakfasts later.

In reality breakfast/brunch will probably be a pain au chocolat and a rather large coffee!
Where's the porridge?
Porridge....ugh!!!

I'd rather 'do' porridge.... (what a weird word....looks strange when you type it a few times)!!!
FEB hold the sausages please with a large glass of bucks fizz and some coffee.

The greengage jam sounds a lovely and unusual option - I'll have some of that with toast and butter, please!
I hate sausages....
I hate Bacon....
I don't like beans....

It's from last year, I've just opened the jar and it's delicious, even though I say it myself. Greengage was my grandad's favourite, whilst damson was my grandmothers
Mwrcia I love the way the adverts round this post may or may not refer to the content - the first one on my screen is an advert for Hartley's Jam, all the ones down the right hand side are about losing ugly stomach fat!
No apologies necessary. My username dates from the days of dial up bulletin boards mostly populated by spotty male undergrads using the uni's IT lab in the wee small hours. If you were female the hur hur suggestions got very boring after a while so i used a name which while not male itself suggested male and was also our, now cancelled, KC weimaraner kennel name. Here is the only place I use it now and okay maybe one sausage just to try....
PS please hold the grapefruit juice - much as I like grapefruit, it's a no-no for people on statins.
