Sorry to be a nuisance but can i just have some ......................♫.spam spam spam spam..........wonderful spam, beautiful spam ♫....ta very muchly, merciasounds :0)
Waldorf Salad please (waldorfs are so hard to get hold of at this time of year).

Main ... ooooohhhh ... Chicken Chasseur.

And the 17 cheeses.

Snags ... you must enjoy going to a restaurant where they wheel out a cheese trolley with loads and loads of oozing cheeses, and you pick a small bit of lots of different ones, and the waiter separates the strong and the mild ones so you eat them in a sensible order, and you get French bread instead of crackers, and the waiter brings you a big glass of chilled Sauternes, or Monbazillac, to drink with it, and ...

... OMG, I'm getting all flushed just thinking about it.
I always go for the Dairylea Triangles or the Cheese Strings myself...
Or a Mini Baby Bel if I'm feeling decadent...
LOL
I like to mould the discarded red wax casing around my finger... I'm hardcore me...
I like to make lips out of the red wax then I can look like Jordan......

Question Author
Snags - What have I done to you, Hmm? I do a hell of of a lot of entertaining, and cooking that involves cheese. My husband buys wine, which he likes cheese with. So whether I have 3, 30 or 3000 cheeses, what gives with you?
sangs ... of course Fluffy wants all 17 cheeses ...

Especially the ripe, unpasteurised Brie that is starting to ooze off the cheese board, and needs to be spread on to a chunk of French bread.

And the farmhouse Cheddar (maybe Montgomery's or Keen's??) that is dry, and crumbly, with a hard, white crust, and which is starting to develop blue veins.

Yummyyyyyyyyy !!!!!!!
Awww don't be like that... got any Primula?
