the ginger sponge is one of my dads three fav puds, when he was here the other day, I'd done apple pie the previous menu so i did the roast beef main with sticky toffe pud, but he loves ginger too - ginger beer, ginger wine, got his some ginger liqueur last chistmas as a stocking filler it was lovely!!
Both my O/H and his father are Ginger mad. I make great ginger snaps when I can be bothered and O/H loves them. We always stick to ginger based products for gifts for his father.
