This time of year, Summer pudding - I don't like to make it with just ordinary bread, I like to use a cakey bread like a brioche then strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, red, black and white currants, just oozing their precious sweet juices....lovely!
Winter it's got to be a steaming apple pie or sticky toffee pud with lashings of creamy custard!!
Fluffy - you mean 4 really chocolatey chocolate sponges, black stoned cherries steeped for a good week in Kirsch, then piled up with fresh whipped cream and decorated with chocolate shavings?
