confusion on carb content listing on packets...

i just bought some low car sweets - yet the 85g packet says 96.1g per 100g...which is massive

same happened with the choc bar - its says total carb 17g - on the back...but on the front says 'only 2 net carbs'

and on a packet of smash...similar thing

is there a site that explains in detail...or even one that you can type amounts in and it convert for you of something

i thought i understood it..
